Application:
In normal hydraulic drawing and straightening, it can start drawing after the deliver car take copper bus bar to conveyor roller. To
increase the producing efficiency and shorten the time before next drawing, we change the design of deliver car. By double
mechanical arm, the copper bus bar will move between drawing machine and straightening machine, between straightening
machine and conveyor roller. The drawing machine can save a lot of time, It can increase the producing efficiency.

Production process
Place the coil → Straightening and feeding → Pass through die → Clamp copper bar → Drawing → Cutting copper bar →
Transport by A# mechanical arm→ tension straightening(A# mechanical arm return)→ Transport by B# mechanical arm →
Convey with roller → Fixed length cutting → Unloading and stacking
