Application:
It is used for stripping LSZH/PVC jacket, according to the required length and cutting the strength member (FRP or Steel wire ) in Flat drop cable, instead of manual stripper. The operator only needs to insert drop cable trough the feed port, when the sensor in machine detected the cable, it can start and complete the cutting and stripping together.
Performance
1.Suitable for manufacture of pre-terminated drop optical fiber cable patch cord
2.Controlled by PLC and photoelectric sensor, precision control simple operation
3.Cutting, stripping and pushing out waste cable, the actuator of all continuous action is the cylinders, fast speed and high reliability.
4.Does not include feeding time, one cycle is about 1.5s. In actual production, about 20pcs of terminal can be completed in one minute.
5.Special size drop cable, such as exceeding standard spec.3 (±0.1) x 2 ± 0.1 need to customize cutter
