YQL-100/5 Continuous Lead Extrusion Sheath Production Line
Application:
The YQL-100/5 continuous lead extrusion machine is Mainly used for rubber insulated wire core to coat lead sheath. The unit uses a screw to place and convey the lead material to realize continuous extrusion. The thickness of the lead layer can be adjusted, using PLC full digital control and display, the temperature of each part is preset to strictly control the temperature of each part, and the speed of the DC motor is constant, so that the pressure of the lead outlet tends to be constant. The extrusion host works under constant temperature, constant speed, and constant pressure to make the thickness of the coating layer uniform and continuous. At the same time, it is equipped with a gantry ground rail type retractable wire rack to realize continuous production.
Material for extrusion:
This unit is for continuous extrusion of industrial pure lead or alloy lead (ie, lead-antimony-copper alloy). Due to the limitation of equipment structure and use process, alloy lead whose total alloy exceeds 0.6% is not allowed to be extruded.
