COMPOMENT
3.1 Bitumen tank
Bitumen tank is use to store the bitumen, 9pcs of heating pipe with cover in the bottom of tank, to heating and melting the bitumen. The temperature control and display by Insert type thermocouple and Digital temperature control meter
3.2 Bitumen pump
A kind of gear pump, which can directly placed in the bitumen tank, send the liquid bitumen through pipeline to nozzle.
3.3 Nozzle
Duck mouth shape, placed in the top of cable, its function is spray the pressured liquid bitumen on the cable surface.
3.4 Support plate
Made of stainless steel tape, circle shape, placed on the bottom of cable, to store the liquid bitumen flow from the cable and to ensuret the bottom of cable will soak in bitumen.
3.5 Scraper plate
It’s use to scrape the cable surface bitumen equality. the scraper hole and plastic pressing plate hole will process by the user according to the different size. Scraper aperture Φ 1 = Φ - 10, plastic pressing plate aperture Φ 2 = Φ + 10).
3.6 Electrical box.
