Application:
The fiber with quartz glass as the main medium will inevitably form different defects in the fiber during the drawing process, which will affect the fiber strength.In order to ensure the mechanical strength of the fiber, a full-length screening strength test (0.69GPa, 1% strain) must be conducted on the fiber after drawing in accordance with the optical fiber use standard, so as to eliminate the fiber whose strength is lower than the specified value. Fiber tension screening machine is the device for strength screening of fiber after drawing. Its main function should include the cutting and strength testing effect from the large reel to the small bobbin for the conventional finished product. In addition, the equipment should also be able to meet the functions of rewinding and cutting and strength testing of the finished small-spooler optical fiber.
