Application:
This line can be used for sheathing submarine optic fiber cable by TIG welded metal pipe, and also can be combined with High speed Steel wire Armoring machine to be tandem line, to produce the Submarine Optic Fiber Cable (SSLT with optic fiber core, max. OD φ15mm, PE jacketing with steel wire armoring and TIG welded copper pipe)
When tandem running with high speed armoring machine, the length of 100KM can be produced continuously, with stable quality. It also has the function to repair if any missing welding point, as well as start-up, stop freely, and the line can weld continuously after re-start.
One more layer of copper pipe could be welded on SSLT. This line can draw the pipe to reduce diameter too.
