    Application: 

    SEJ90-2-ZR is two-step silan cross-linkable PE insulation compound for low-voltage cables. It is a kind of insulations of low-voltage cables

    and control cables through  squeeze tube mold production process. It is made from silan grafted A, catalyst B and halogenous flame-retardant

    masterbatch SEJ90-ZR. The density of SEJ90-ZR is 1.82±0.2g/cm3,the proportion between A and B is 95:5. The Adding amount of

    flame-retardant masterbatch changes according to the section surface sizes of the cables (10%~30%). It is mainly suitable for the cables

    of American Standards like XHH, XHHW, XHHW-2, RHH, RHW, RHW-2 and SIS. Large adding amount for small section surface size,

    and small amount for large section surface size. The general purposes are to make sure the cables pass horizontal burning test of UL-44.

    Working voltage for wire and cables are 1KV and below, the highest working temperature is 90℃.
