Application:
PJW105 is halogen-free flame-retardant PP insulation compounds for auto cables. It is environmental and non-toxic, and has excellent
abrasion-resistant property, electrical property, mechanical property and processability performance. There is no need to cross-link and
is an ideal upgrading substitute of 105℃PVC and 105℃irradiation cross-linkable polyolefin insulation compounds. It can be used as
insulation of auto cables, and communication cables. The highest temperature is 105℃.
Processing Indicator
Recommend to use single-screw extruders with L/D= 20-25.
