Structure Description:
1) Frame
Welded by steel; treated by stress, with high rigidity and not easy to distorted.
2) Gearbox
As per the ZBJ19009-88 standard, gear and shaft are using high strength steel alloy. Precision of gear is based on GB10095-88, 6grade. Hardness is HRC-6. The special shaft is installed at the output end of hollow shaft to bear backward thrust. The line is with high loading capacity, stable to drive, with low noise and high efficiency.

- Motor power: 4000W, connecting with speed reducer directly, to save the dimension
